What is yogam? In what way it differs from yoga?
Yoga- It enriches physical stability of human- Healthy and strong body
Yogam- It enriches mental stability of human- Peaceful and sharp mind

What is Ashthaanga yogam?
If you want mukthi or wisdom, there is an easy way which contains eight levels of yogam, which were formed by ancient saints and devotees of India, the way they formed is Ashthaanga yogam or raja yogam. By practicing these yogam steps, it changes one’s lifestyle to reach extreme conscious state.

 What are the contents of Ashthaanga yogam?
Iyamam- what are the things we can do when we are in the lane of attaining wisdom.
Nyamam- what are the things which we should not do
Asana- how to maintain body
Pranayama- How to regulate breath
Prathyaagaram- How to regulate thought
Dharanai- How to concentrate on a single thing
Meditation- how to concentrate on true thing

Samathi-  Because of heavy concentration on true thing (hidden in you), your thought swallow yourself.
